I am 26 and have one child, tried to breast feed but was never able to produce much milk (almost none). I haven't been to a doctor, but am curious if there are any non-surgical options for me, or if not, what surgical route would be best to give me proper fullness and shape (size is not really a concern).
Answer: Breast augmentation in tuberous breasts Unfortunately there are no non-surgical options available for breast augmentation. In your case it would be ideal to opt for silicone implants following an adequate breast tissue release, & a dual plane insertion. All the best.

Answer: Other alternatives Creams and herbs will not work, save your money. Not many good choices to have larger implants without surgery. You can research and try "BRAVA" suction device, or gain weight (not advised). Hormone pills such as Birth Control Pills in many cases will result in a modest increase but is not predictable.Surgery is the most dependable and predictable method using implants or your own fat.

Answer: Minimally-Invasive Tubular Breast Correction Tuberous breasts must be corrected with surgery. They result from internal scar tissue that contracts and distorts the breast tissue around the base of the breast, creating the tubular shape. This internal band constricts the development of the breast on the chest. I have developed a technique that is the least invasive surgery option available; the deformity is corrected without any incisions, sutures or scarring. I have helped many patients with this breast deformity using my proven technique. First, the Brava device is used first to help loosen the tissue and release the tight scar, it also creates space for the fat grafts. Once the skin has expanded, the fat is injected to restore breast volume and cellular density. The tight scar tissue is then broken up and loosened using the rigottomy technique. Our method of PALF is used to overcome skin shortages and the RAFT technique is used to create a natural breast fold.

Answer: Tuberous breasts Unfortunately there are no nonsurgical treatments. Release of the tissue with implants and/or fat grafting would give best results. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.

Answer: Tuberous breast treatment There are no effective non-– surgical treatment for this condition that I am aware of or have had any success with. The proper treatment for the condition involves placing implants partially under the muscle to correct the shape of the breast, and if necessary, fixing the size of the areola with an incision around it.
