Do I have enough breast tissue to have an implant that looks natural and jiggles as natural breast ? I am 39, breast fed 1 for 6 months. I am a small-medium 34 c, 171 cm tall. I want to be a large 34 D. How many cc implant would I need to get to get a natural looking breasts ? Will it squish and move like natural breast ?

Standard cohesive gel silicone implants (ie; Mentor or Natrelle) feel very natural. Size should be mostly chosen by you, the patient. It is important to take time with a sizing system on top of your natural breast tissue to see what cc volume you want to add to your current tissue. With time, your augmented breasts will feel and move naturally like your tissue does now.

At size 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are a small C and want to be a large D then you will need between 100-200 cc implants. However, looking at your photograph, your breasts have descended, your nipples are pointing downward and outward and you have very little upper pole fullness. You may benefit from a breast lift using ta circumareola lift. This will move the nipple-areola complex higher and more medial and at the same time place the implants.

Cup size is not a very reliable way to choose implant volume, because a 34C to 34D can mean different things depending on chest width, breast shape, and bra brand. In many patients, going up about one cup size may be somewhere around 150–250 cc, but this is only a rough estimate.
From your description, you likely do have enough breast tissue for a natural-looking result if the implant is chosen conservatively. The most natural feel usually comes from matching the implant to your breast base width, using a moderate size, and choosing the correct pocket placement for your tissue thickness.
No implant will feel exactly like natural breast tissue, but a smaller silicone implant with good tissue coverage can move and feel relatively soft. If the implant is too large for your tissue, it is more likely to feel firm, look round, ripple, or look less natural.
If your goal is a large 34D but still natural and soft, I would avoid choosing the biggest implant possible. A moderate-profile implant in a conservative size range may be better than a high-profile or overly large implant.
My advice would be to try sizers and ask your surgeon to measure your breast base width and tissue thickness. The right cc is the one that fits your anatomy, not just the number that matches a cup size.

Thank you for your question and photo. From this limited view frontal view photo, you can expect a nice result with subglandular breast augmentation (you have enough breast tissue to cover the implant and look natural). With submuscular implants, one might experience breast animation/distortion with muscle activity. There's a possibility that you might need a breast lift, but that can be determined only through an in person physical examination. your cleavage is very narrow, and the pocket dissection medially has to be limited so not to end up with symmastia (uniboob). Normally a cup size is 150-200cc and if you want to go to a large D, you might need a 200-300cc implant. This does not include your native breast volume which adds to the cup size. I use a Vectra 3D camera which can give a rough estimate about your present breast volume. Again, this is best determined during a physical evaluation. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you under the muscle for a natural look. I recommend an in person evaluation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Hello. Based on your photo, you appear to have a good amount of natural breast tissue to provide coverage over an implant, which is favorable when your goal is a soft and natural-looking result.
Since you are currently around a 34C and would like to achieve a fuller 34D, I would recommend a conservative augmentation rather than a very large implant. However, I would not choose an exact number of cc based on cup size alone. Bra cup sizes are not standardized, and implant selection should be based on your breast width, chest dimensions, existing tissue, skin quality, and desired projection.
A silicone gel implant may be a good option for your goals because silicone generally provides a softer, more natural feel than saline. Your existing breast tissue will also contribute to how soft the breasts feel and how naturally they move.
It is important to understand that an augmented breast will not behave exactly like a completely natural breast, but with adequate tissue coverage, an appropriately sized implant, and proper placement, we can achieve movement and softness that look and feel very natural.
I would determine the final implant size only after taking your breast measurements and evaluating your tissue in person.

From the photo it appears you are a candidate for a breast augmentation.  The best place to begin is a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.  During this visit your surgeon will measure your breasts, which is different than bra sizing, and discuss your surgical goals.  This information will help your surgeon suggest a range of implants that may help you achieve your desired look.  Breast implants can look and feel natural.  Your nipples are low on the breast mound so a lift may be discussed as well.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
