Upcoming surgery - OTM but Motiva Ergonomix or Round? (Photos)

I F36 5.3 feet(160 cm), 127 pounds (57 kg) have low body fat and high muscle mass (not body builder). I discussed sizing and procedures with my surgeon and surgery is booked in less than 10 days. I am still dwelling between Motiva Ergonomix 2 or round implants. The sizing we discussed is Demi projection and 285 CC placed over the muscle as I love to live a very active lifestyle. I feel my breast’s are pointy and I’m wondering if rounds will look good with this type of breast? The surgeon said that Ergonomix would help the nipples move more upwards. I am also getting a lift at the right breast. I also heard that the round shape will give less of a risk of rippling. The surgeon can do fat transfer but says o have too little to do this.
