Do breast implants freeze up in really cold weather?
Outside of the body, a saline implant would freeze at about 28 degrees Fahrenheit, while a silicone gel implant would ice up at around 170 degrees below zero. Yes, your breasts can feel colder to the exterior touch in cold weather. Because breast tissue has a rich blood supply near the surface, cold ambient temperatures cause your body to constrict blood vessels in the skin (vasoconstriction) to preserve core body heat. This reduced surface blood flow makes the skin and underlying tissue feel cooler to the touch.However, they will not feel colder inside your body. Your internal core body temperature remains tightly regulated regardless of external weather, so your internal deep tissue temperature does not drop.

Generally no your implants will not feel colder in colder weather.  They are warmed by your natural body temperature and will feel like any other part of your body.  The same is true in warmer weather; they will not feel any warmer in warm weather.
