You had a large number of grafts taken and probably still have some scabbing in the donor area. Small scabs in the donor hair can force the hairs apart slightly and slight change the direction of the hairs which makes it look unusual compared to before surgery. It's difficult to tell from the picture but you may have a little shock loss in certain spots. As you take out larger numbers, the possibility for shock loss in the donor area increases but fortunately this is usually temporary. So for the donor hair to grow, the scabs to completely drop off and the angles of the donor hairs to realign as before surgery, and any shock loss to return could potentially take 1-4 months. With that number of grafts you should have a nice result so you should look forward to that while the donor area heals.
If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "pain" you should contact your doctor. Everyone heals and experience pain differently but most patients do not have excessive pain after FUE surgery.
Usually pain and swelling from FUE harvest subsides in a few days; it is unusually to persist for two weeks. It is hard to evaluate the area from the one photo. I would suggest you contact your surgeon and ask for guidance.
That is a lot of grafts and the vascular area may require more healing time. Usually healing is 5 days on average. Super large sessions may take more time. Your donor area looks stressed with less hair than I would personally like to see there.
