Concealer and minoxidil - Post FUE, can I use these products?

I understand that concealer and minoxidil can be used roughly 2 weeks post a hair transplant, if all the crusts/scabs have come off. I still have some pinkness on the top/sides of my head. The sides of my head (temple point, to the top of my hairline) are a little more red. This was explained to me before the surgery. Can I still use these products?

 In my opinion I would do a one time fue session on this because it’s extremely small, and you should be finished forever since you have no issues with male pattern baldness.
