You just had surgery.  It would be best to wait until you see your results before considering another surgery.  You can plan future surgery with your surgeon.

I'm looking at your donor site and you probably can afford 3,000 grafts at some point but at the expense of losing density.  Depending on how you prefer to wear your hair that may or may not be an issue.

The average non-african person has 15,200 potential follicular units in the donor area.  The number of grafts that may be safely removed varies by the individual and the surgeon.  The average number of grafts one can remove from the donor area by FUE is between 5000 to 8000.  If you have a lower density and fine hair, you may not be able to get as many, perhaps only 3000 grafts.  In your case, i believe you can get another 2000 to 3000 grafts.  Your existing procedure was not aggressive at all and you retain donor reserves.  Use products like WNT act to help you maintain your hair.
