51 yr old female 150 lbs. 5’5” lipo under general anesthesia due to other procedures done at time that also resulted with complications.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You didn’t really include a question in your post.
I suggest you follow up with your provider and let them know that they need to schedule enough time for you to go over all your concerns with your provider.
Let your provider know that you expect him or her to listen and review your outcome and all of your concerns.
If you were unhappy with your experience then consider writing some honest and professional reviews regarding your experience for that practice.
In the end your surgeon is responsible for the outcome of the procedure and you were responsible for choosing that provider.
When getting an assessment on the outcome of an operation we always need to see before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took. if you want to get a proper second opinion consultation then you should also ask for a copy of your operative report or a copy of all of your medical records if you had complications.
