I have congenital heart disease, I had my aortic and mitral valve replaced for the second time in December. I wasn't able to work out for about half of a year, and have since been unable to lose some of the weight I've gained. I was wondering if any plastic surgeon would be willing to perform liposuction on my abdomen area given my medical history. I had liposuction back in 2019, and had no issues with it.
