Considering a rhinoplasty to adjust the bottom of my nose which I believe is called the columella. Would I need a full rhinoplasty if that is all I would like modified or could I potentially have a less invasive procedure? What would be involved? I’m happy with the bone/top half of my nose, just would like some work on the bottom half. Thanks!

Hello, I'm Dr. Oh-Young Joo from Eight Plastic Surgery Clinic, South Korea.
From the photos that you have posted, it seems that you have both bony/septal deviations.
To be more accurate a facial CT scan will be needed, which we have equipped at our clinic.
The nostril asymmetry could be caused...
If you were concerned that you have too much nostril show and that your tip is too narrow and pointy, Depending on your examination, Microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for lowering your nostrils and adding volume to your tip. You may not need further surgery. Hope this helps!...
