What can I do to disguise my dorsal bump? Can something be implanted to the top of the bridge? I don't want filler as this can cause blindness and is temporary.

Answer: You may be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery... Based on your photos, the lower 1/3 of your nose appears to be Over projected. That means it sticks out a bit too far from your face. This is also associated with a profile hump, and rhinoplasty surgery to remove your hump and de-project your nasal tip maybe the best option for achieving a less distracting and more feminine nasal appearance. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Answer: Multiple Options with Rhinoplasty Hi there. There are multiple ways to correct the view; 1- Remove the bridge and leave the top alone. 2- Leave the bridge alone and elvate the top of the bridge 3- Gradually increase the top of the bridge combined with gradually decreasing the bridge. all of the options can be done with the rhinoplasty surgery. Hope these will help you decide.
