I have had a revision rhinoplasty, this doctor did something horrible with my nose. The focus needed to be mainly medical. I hate the way it looks now. The nose has strange upturned nostrils, ugly small tip. Is it possible to rectify this to what it was, I was so beautiful... I hate how I look now. Botched.

The bump in this area is most likely a bony protrusion/ spur. This can be smoothed with rhinoplasty surgery. Your deviated nasal septum can be corrected in the same surgery. It is better to consult a facial plastic surgeon and discuss your goals from the surgery.
There is certainly a relationship between the position of someone's nasal tip and the bottom of their nasal septum. In our experience, if the bottom of the septum is deviated towards one side, the tip may veer opposite that and lead to a crooked nasal appearance. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
