Can my small tip & upturned nostrils be fixed? (Photos)

I have had a revision rhinoplasty, this doctor did something horrible with my nose. The focus needed to be mainly medical. I hate the way it looks now. The nose has strange upturned nostrils, ugly small tip. Is it possible to rectify this to what it was, I was so beautiful... I hate how I look now. Botched.

If you were concerned that you have too much nostril show and that your tip is too narrow and pointy, Depending on your examination, Microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for lowering your nostrils and adding volume to your tip. Hello! Thank you for your question.From the information and photos you provided I can say that your nose is upturned as you said and your nostrils are small. From front the nostrils are showing too much. To fix these issues I recommend you a last revision rhinoplasty surgery. Please keep in mind that you will most probably need cartilage reconstruction (from rib or ear) to reshape the tip and give the nostrils a more natural look. Best regards!
