Within the past 6-8 months a hard bump has formed underneath my skin on the bridge of my nose. I can't recall if it's been there for longer and it's just became noticeable as of lately. I went to my primary care doctor that told me I have a deviated septum. Could this bump just be a bone spur? Is there something else it could possibly be? I don't experience any sleep problems, breathing problems, headaches, or nose bleeds. Just the occasional pain near the bump when I wear eyeglasses.
