Are my issues too complex? I have an ENT appointment next month but I've had difficulty explaining my concerns and haven't had any helpful feedback thus far. It appears obvious to me that my nose is twisted as the left side is dented in and the right side protrudes outward. Also, my nasal tip is elevated on the right but droops on the left. Left nostril is larger but nasal passage is thin. I've posted images. I doubt I have facial dysmorphia but lately I've been feeling like I might.. Thoughts?

Hello and thanks for your question.
Based on your photos, you have an ethnic nose. That means your nose has low height and wide nose base, wide nose tip and flared nostril ( nose ala or wings). For your case I recommend; decreasing of the bone wideness with osteotomy ( your nasal bone can be approximated to each other) , height of your nose can be increased with cartilage graft, tip part of your nose can be reshaped to get triangular, more defined, feminine nose tip shape. Lastly your nasal nostril can be decreased in size. I think this combination will give a good result for your case.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a somewhat crooked and Broad nasal appearance. This is associated with flaring nostrils and a small dorsal hump. If you are not comfortable with the opinion of your surgeon, please get another consultation. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Hello! Thank you for your question.I have tried to evaluate your case from the photos you provided but I would need also photos from front and side to make a better evaluation. Anyway, from your photos it looks like you have a deviation to the left side, and your nostrils are uneven (but please keep in mind that even with a rhinoplasty surgery, 100% symmetry is not achievable). I would recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery to make the nostrils smaller and more similar, and also correct your deviation. Please also keep in mind that you will most probably need cartilage taken from the rib to perform your rhinoplasty surgery.Best regards!

It appears that you have deviated, croocked nose, with consequence like nostril asymmetry, tip displacement. Well planned rhinoplasty would be the way to go. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.

Unfortunately most if the issues you mention have to do with small degrees of asymmetry which would be very difficult to correct. If you simply wanted the nose smaller overall that would be straightforward to deal with

Hello, I'm Dr. Oh-Young Joo from Eight Plastic Surgery Clinic, South Korea. 
From the photos that you have posted, it seems that you have both bony/septal deviations.
To be more accurate a facial CT scan will be needed, which we have equipped at our clinic.
The nostril asymmetry could be caused by both 
1) size discrepancy of left and right cartilages2) septal deviation
For bony deviation, a correction process by surgery including osteotomy would be needed and for aesthetic purposes a hump reduction seems preferable. Also, to address the deviation in the lower part of the nose, caused by septal deviation a septoplasty and tip plasty (to fix the cartilage discrepancy issue) could be reasonable. 
These procedures could also help with the functional issues (breathing problems).
