hello im 5’5 and 184 pounds and I’m curious to know could I just get a breast augmentation with implants or will hiabsolutely need a lift I’m currently a 36B bra size and I want to be in a D cup so I’m going for a bigger breast size I want to have children and the future and breast-feeding has always been very important to me is there anyway I can just get breast augmentation without a lift
