Is it safe to have surgery if you have hair extensions?

im having a brazilian butt lift surgery and am wondering if it is ok to have hair extensions in..they are not the clip in ones so its harder to remove cause they are glued in or fused in.

This is very possible and it could take up to 6 months or so for all the swelling to subside. However, generally, you should be able to get a better idea of your results after about 3-4 months.

I am sorry you are having this problem. As you know, it can be =come very serious. Follow your surgeon's recommendations closely. If it is still getting worse despite the oral antibiotics, the next step is likely admission to a hospital for IV antibiotics and possibly a surgical debridement.

I don't use drain's with fat transfer procedures. All of your postoperative care including drain care should be handled by your plastic surgeon. If your having a procedure performed in another country or a far away site, you will need to arrange for quality postoperative care for when you arrive...
