I’m getting a BBL on June 7. I have a wisdom tooth infection. I’m taking antibiotics. It went down some but not all the way

I would highly recommend that you visit your dental specialist as well as plastic surgeon and make sure you are cleared to undergo surgery. hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.based on the question the ideal is that first you complete the antibiotic scheme that your doctor prescribes and after your infection give, you can consult with your certified plastic surgeon and consult with everything concerning the case.

Notify your PS of your wisdom tooth infection and the prescribed antibiotics.  Ask your dentist how long you should wait after completing the antibiotics treatment to have the BBL.  Because oral health is related to your overall health, be sure that your mouth has healed so that you are able to eat a healthy protein diet prior to and after BBL.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
