I recently had a hydrafacial done, and immediately after my skin was feeling EXTREMELY dry. About 3 days later my entire face actually started to peel. It’s as if I had a sunburn and my skin began to peel. On top of that my skin is so dry I actually developed wrinkles, and I’m only 20. Is this typical at all?

Yes it's perfectly fine to get a Hydrafacial and Botox on the same day. I would recommend getting the Hydrafacial FIRST, and the Botox last. You don't want to rub or move the face for 1-3 days after a Botox injection, so you don't displace the Botox.
