Flight with stiffness 7 months after Facelift. Will I be okay to fly?

You should be fine to fly at this point. Most surgeons would allow air travel after about a week. Some patients have prolonged discomfort in the neck and ears following facelift surgery due to temporary or (sometimes) permanent injury to the nerve (Great Auricular Nerve) that supplies sensation to the ears and sides of the cheek/neck area. Numbness in these areas can sometimes present as a "tightness". In most cases these sensations go away on their own. A follow up appointment and consultation with your surgeon might help relieve some of your concerns. I hope you find this information helpful.

In my own practice you would be permitted to fly even the next day after a facelift if it was necessary. Seven months is well into any safety zone.
