Iam not really considering surgery. My right side of my face got less fat, and my jaw is more visual. The left side of my face have more fat, and the eye is dropping. My eye is higher on the right side of my face. I use invisalign at the moment on my upper jaw for correcting crossbite. I've been chewing my food only on the right side for as long I can remember. Can start chewing my food on the left side even it out? The asymmetric also make my left side bigger. Hoping for good answers.
