I have an appointment scheduled to get a BA but I'm torn between getting 285cc or 305cc. I am 5'2 102 lbs and I don't want a big bust look but I'm worried that if I choose 285 they'll be too small and if I choose 305 they're gonna be too big. I know most doctors say to choose the bigger but I don't know if it's going to look good on me as I have a small figure.

You need to go back to your surgeon, try implants sizes again, and discuss what your want. A natural looking breast will do much better over the long term and not be too heavy on your neck and shoulders.
