I weigh, 135lbs, 5’5. I wear an A bra with room left over (especially in the right as it is smaller). My dream is at least a Large C - Small D. I like the sound of 400-600CCs + have seen results of people starting at A who achieved that big, I know it’s different 4 everyone. I see many doctors on here suggesting that it might not be possible for those with AA-A to get more than 350-400 and even seen some say less. Will I be able to at least get a C cup size + possible CCs? I want full breast + cleavage.

Answer: Will It Fit? Good morning! I perform a lot of first time larger augmentations, so it may very well fit, especially since you're 5'5". I suspect you can reach your goals with only one surgery. You will likely need an inframammary crease incision because your areolas look very small.

Answer: Can I achieve C-D cup size starting out at flat AA-A? (Photos) Hello, thank you for your question. A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant. Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy.
