I weigh, 135lbs, 5’5. I wear an A bra with room left over (especially in the right as it is smaller). My dream is at least a Large C - Small D. I like the sound of 400-600CCs + have seen results of people starting at A who achieved that big, I know it’s different 4 everyone. I see many doctors on here suggesting that it might not be possible for those with AA-A to get more than 350-400 and even seen some say less. Will I be able to at least get a C cup size + possible CCs? I want full breast + cleavage.

It does depend on several factors but rather then trying to figure this out online I would suggest finding a Plastic surgeon close to you for an evaluation as more can be determined during the consultation. We offer complimentary consultations as many plastic surgeons do. But your more likely to get the information you seek from the consultation. Most office will also have some type of sizing tool available as well. Currently like most practices we offer virtual Consultations which can also be performed by the plastic surgeon you choose. Answer: Breast implants Thanks for your question! I think 400-600cc's on your tiny frame is going to be almost impossible without complications. I think you can get a beautiful result, but you shouldn't try to go too large. Get a great result with this first surgery and then revision/replacement down the road will be a breeze. Good luck!

Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy.
