Can I achieve C-D cup size starting out at flat AA-A? (Photos)

It does depend on several factors but rather then trying to figure this out online I would suggest finding a Plastic surgeon close to you for an evaluation as more can be determined during the consultation. You are a great candidate for breast augmentation and should expect a dramatic result. You should be able to achieve your goal, however, the exact sizing will depend on your chest and breast measurements. Selecting the best implant for you will depend on an evaluation and discussion with your board certified plastic surgeon. I hope this helps.

Breast implants are sized according to their volume in cubic centimeters (cc).

How do you know what size implant to choose? Looking at pictures and talking to friends who had a breast augmentation might help.

Off course the volume will depend on the shape and size of your actual breasts, your frame and the size you want to achieve.

Thanks for your question! I think 400-600cc's on your tiny frame is going to be almost impossible without complications. I think you can get a beautiful result, but you shouldn't try to go too large. Get a great result with this first surgery and then revision/replacement down the road will be a breeze. Good luck!

I perform a lot of first time larger augmentations, so it may very well fit, especially since you're 5'5". I suspect you can reach your goals with only one surgery. You will likely need an inframammary crease incision because your areolas look very small.
