I had an extended tummy tuck, breast lift with GalaFlex, lipo on back and flanks in June 2020. I am not satisfied with the results. I have dimples all over my sides and back where lipo was performed. My breast are still saggy and I am it sure if I need a revision or an entire new procedure. My Dr has recommended a breastlift revision and weight loss as a solution. I don't believe weight loss will give me the results I am looking for. Can my back and flanks be improved in any way?
Answer: Tummy tuck results Dear SandJplus2, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Dimples Radiofrequency treatments like ThermiTight can help to tighten the loose skin and improve your results. You also could get benefit with micro-needling with radiofrequency treatments like Secret as well. Endomologie treatments could also be helpful.

Answer: Revision surgery It's very reasonable to get an implant after a lift if you are not satisfied with the shape. It is actually fairly common unfortunately. I would additional liposuction but with VASER to help give you a better contour and smooth things out. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.

Answer: Bellesoma Lift & circumferential back lift Your breast lift was inadequate and the only thing that was elevated was your nipple-areola complex but not your breasts. All the breast tissue is lying at the bottom despite the GalaFlex. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. You will also benefit from a circumferential lift to continue the incision plus to take care of the excess back skin. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
