I had an extended tummy tuck, breast lift with GalaFlex, lipo on back and flanks in June 2020. I am not satisfied with the results. I have dimples all over my sides and back where lipo was performed. My breast are still saggy and I am it sure if I need a revision or an entire new procedure. My Dr has recommended a breastlift revision and weight loss as a solution. I don't believe weight loss will give me the results I am looking for. Can my back and flanks be improved in any way?

Answer: Bellesoma Lift & circumferential back lift Your breast lift was inadequate and the only thing that was elevated was your nipple-areola complex but not your breasts. All the breast tissue is lying at the bottom despite the GalaFlex. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. You will also benefit from a circumferential lift to continue the incision plus to take care of the excess back skin. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: What will fix the dimples all over my back and sides after an extended tummy tuck with lipo? Can I get implants? Thank you for your question and photos. You were 3 inches away from a lower buttock/body lift. This would've taken care of most of your back dimpling. You also had a standard tummy tuck with no abdominal definition and poor liposuction technique of the back. BTW, your breasts are bottoming out. I see why you are dissatisfied with your results. There has been a paradigm shift in body sculpting surgery, but this learning curve is steep and long and most surgeons do not want to put the effort in to create natural hourglass bodies without the stigmata of surgery. Although you do show some waist definition from behind, anteriorly you have a rectangular shape and a full abdomen. If you were my patient, I would do VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees, +/- fat transfer to the buttocks to create an athletic hourglass feminine figure. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
