My surgery is in 1 mo. I’m still not sure which size to get. I’m having a breast lift w/ round gummy bear implants (Photo)

I’m 5’9, 125lbs, c cup. I gained a lot of weight then lost it this yr(around 70lbs) so my boobs are saggy and lost volume. At my consult I decided on 450CC but my fiancé hates big, “fake” looking boobs so now I’m really reconsidering size. My surgeon says we can try on different sizers again prior to surgery. I want to go to a full D, but not look too big. Also afraid of having regrets that I didn’t go big enough. Any thoughts on what size might work for me? High profile or mod +
