Bullhorn lip lift after rhinoplasty a year ago.

A year out of rhinoplasty, you should be more than fine.  I am on the conservative side, so I often tell patients to wait at least six months (particularly if alar narrowing procedures have been performed, to allow for adequate healing). That being said, as Dr. Spiegel noted, you can safely do both at the same time and his research has shown it.  An appropriately performed lip lift won't affect your sill, your nasal ala, or your columella.  I have found though that patients that have had previous rhinoplasty will have swelling that takes a little longer to settle down though.  It's not noticeable to the casual observer, but you will certainly feel it.  Best of luck!

A lip lift with rhinoplasty, even at the same time, should be fine. I do them together quite regularly.  We recently published an article reviewing many of these and they are without problems.

You certainly can do the lip lift after rhinoplasty. A year is enough for the nose to heal. If done appropriately, the liplift should not affect the nose in any noticeable way. We have done numerous liplifts with or without rhinoplasty and nose shape is rarely affected. Best wishes.
