My lip lift incitions don't appear to be closing up. It looks like I have a an open ditch running down the sides of my nostrils. Is this normal? I'm absolutely miserable about it. I've had to return to work and I'm so embarrassed. Is there anything I can do to make it heal and close up? I have an important meeting in a week and Im so embarrassed! In one pic I have aquaphor and on the other it's dry. I've been alternating b/w letting it dry and keeping it moist.

No, leakage of fluid after the first day or two is not normal. Have your surgeon check the inside of your nose to determine where this is coming from.
It is too early to see the final result. The tip can appear to be rotated from the swelling which can give the appearance of a "pig nose". Give it 6 weeks and have your surgeon reevaluate your result and answer your concerns.
Sure - we do a true lip lift with rhinoplasty together all the time. I just published an article about it (see below). When you know how to do it, they come out very predictably well.
