I had a lip lift three months ago and the day after surgery I started dripping clear watery type fluid out of my nose from both nostrils. It seems to only leak when I bend over. Is it normal to have runny nose after this surgery. My doctor told me at first it was just inflammation in my nose.

It is too early to see the final result. The tip can appear to be rotated from the swelling which can give the appearance of a "pig nose". Give it 6 weeks and have your surgeon reevaluate your result and answer your concerns.
Sure - we do a true lip lift with rhinoplasty together all the time. I just published an article about it (see below). When you know how to do it, they come out very predictably well.
