Will breast lift surgery & fat grafting help improve the appearance of stretch marks? (Photos)

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Hello @fyfdghxssb, thank you for your question. It is possible to achieve a great result with a breast lift and fat transfer. Furthermore, fat transfer can add volume to the breast's upper pole, generating a great result in terms of both shape and volume. The pexy lifts the breast tissue, and the fat graft seeding makes the shape better. The short answer is "yes."
The breast lift will help reduce the excess skin, deflation and sagging you are experiencing since weight loss. Adding fat will help improve the appearance of the cleavage as well as the quality of the skin. The skin will not completely convert to no stretch marks, but stem cell effect from fat will help. Fat transfers do not allow for predictable notable increase in breast size. I typically advise my patients that it may bring you up 1/2 to 1 full cup size. The breast lift will reduce your cup size at least by one. Implants provide more predictable volume and long term fullness.

A Breast Lift will tighten your skin and the fat grafting will help to add volume. Implants would fill out your breasts much more, but if you don’t want implants, then fat grafting and or just using your own breast tissue to fill up your breasts is your best option.

In summary, the answer is yes. This procedure will not only lift and fill out your breasts, it will improve your stretch mask as well.

You won’t get as much volume with fat grafting as you would with an implant. You can try fat grafting but keep your expectations modest

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

When we perform a breast lift we rearrange the tissue to lift the breast, an important part of this is taking away the extra skin. This means the remaining skin will be tighter.
You will still have the stretchmarks but since the skin will look tighter the appearance will be better.

From your photos a breast lifting will help to tight your skin , but it's not possible to achieve good and permanent results with fat injection . it also causes images that are confused with breast cancer later on . For that , it's more effective and better to put a breast prosthesis instead of Fat .

Tightening your skin with the lift and adding volume with fat can improve the appearance of stretch marks. However, micro-needling will actually treat the stretch marks and improve their appearance.

Better photos with a full straight on anterior and lateral photos would help in accurately answering your questions. Based on you photos, a mastopexy alone will change the shape and height of your breasts and address the stretchmarks in the upper and lateral poles.
