I underwent moderate weight loss and developed these wrinkled skin on the breast(mostly on sides and some on top). I plan to undergo breast lift surgery and also want to restore some upper breast volume. I had read somewhere that putting an implant will reduce the appearance of the wrinkled skin and stretch marks but I DO NOT want to put an implant. I want to proceed with BREAST LIFT + FAT GRAFTING. So my question is will BREAST LIFT + FAT GRAFTING improve the appearance of these stretch marks? Also, will microneedling further help?
