Doctor says tight pec muscle is pulling my nipple down and out to the side.

Question

I had breast augmentation a little over 6months ago, 350cc moderate plus under the muscle. I have mentioned to my surgeon that I am not happy because my right side incision is still quite uncomfortable and feels like it has knots in it. The right side is still very tight and more firm than the left, it also feels as though my nipple is being pulled down and out to the side. My surgeon says it’s likely due to a tight pec muscle, so my question is this…is that possible and if so what can I do?

Because you provide no photos its all just a big guess, but it sounds like capsular contracture. Go get some second opinions. There's no such thing as a 'tight' pec muscle, or any muscle for that matter.
