Botox can be injected into many areas. It is perfectly OK to have it injected away from the proposed knee surgery site. It is OK to have Botox injections into the facial regions but I would not have it done in the knee or calf regions (these are off-label treatments).I hope that helps and best regards, Dr. Sapijaszko
