I am replacing 21 year old saline implants with ideal implants going slightly larger but no lift needed. My first surgery the Dr. used infraareolar would I be able to have the surgery just replacing the old scar or do I need another location?

The Ideal implant was temporarily unavailable in order to get further approval by the FDA after the company voluntarily identified a small issue with the valve. They are now completely available but some sizes are "back ordered" because of such high demand.
