Second surgery same scar location? would I be able to have the surgery just replacing the old scar or do I need another location

I am replacing 21 year old saline implants with ideal implants going slightly larger but no lift needed. My first surgery the Dr. used infraareolar would I be able to have the surgery just replacing the old scar or do I need another location?
