The space between your breasts is determined by your existing anatomy, so it should essentially be the same. The look you show is certainly achievable with IDEAL implants. They only come in high profile at the moment so its really just a question of choosing size. Your surgeon should help...

Go with the larger implant and stay in the middle fill range. This will allow you to get good cleavage haing a slightly wider implant. It won't be quite as round and will feel a bit softer by not filling to the max. Good luck.

There is a larger fill volume range with the ideal implant making it very versatile.  The profile tends to be more high profile.

The Ideal Implants most closely resemble high pofile implants. They are structured saline implant whcih have a range of fill volumes. In general the lower fill volumes keep the implant a little softer but with a slightly higher chance of feeling (not seeing) ripples (mostly in the lower breast)....
