What size would you recommend for an Ideal implant? I’m 5’3”, 118lbs. (photo)

I’m 5’3”, 118lbs. My BWDs are 11.5 and 12cm. What would be the recommended IDEAL implant size given the difference in BWD? I like a full but natural look, have fairly thin skin, and like to work out. Thank you in advance!

Hello,You should be seen in person so that measurements can be taken by an experienced surgeon, as the results are dependent on the person making the measurements (more than just BWD). This will determine your anatomic capacity, something that should not be exceeded. To determine your goal appearance, purpose built sizers should be used so you can see in real time how you look in clothing.

Congrats on your step forward to breast augmentation surgery.  Judging from your photos, you should be a good candidate.Regarding sizing:  there is a lot of planning that goes into picking the right implant for my patients.  Base diameter is one parameter to look at.  A good physical exam with multiple measurements is really required to determine what would fit in a particular patient.  From there we use a sizing system to determine the volume that the patient desires.  After that we bring in all together and determine the size in cc and the profile.I would recommend you discuss this with a board certified plastic surgeon that has vast deal of experience in breast surgery.Hope that helps.
