I had Ideal Inplants about three years ago and one is malformed, feels clumpy, and has has given my breast and angular appearance. I did not realized that the compnay filed Chapter 7 of last year, until my surgeon told me when I went to see him. He told me I no longer had a warranty and baically, buh-by. Are any Ideal Implant surgeons honoring their work? I am so shocked and disappointef because he very much talked me into them. Thank you.
I am considering a breast augmentation procedure using Ideal Implants. However, I am concerned about the rate of Breast Implant Illness in patients with this type of implant. Specifically, has it been reported by any patients? If so, how does the number of reports of BII compare to those with other implant types? I have yet to find any published studies involving Ideal implants and BII. Any information would be appreciated.
I really like what Im reading about Ideal Implant giving the patient the safety of saline with the aesthetic appeal of silicone. However, on their website it says they have lowest risks of rupture and c. contraction, but when I called a very large practice and asked if they could do my surgery with Ideal Implant, they stated they could but did not recommend AT ALL due to a very high rate of deflation soon after surgery. Have any other surgeons had this issue?
Hello. I am scheduled for a breast augmentation next week and I chose the Ideal implant. I understand that I will be able to feel the edges. Initially, this made me feel that silicone was a better option but ultimately decided that the pros outweigh the cons. My question is, what do these edges feel like and are they significant? Thank you
I am pretty set on going with the new ideal implant, under the muscle, 300-350cc. My biggest concern with breast augmentation is the fear of them being too far apart and fake looking. I dont have my consultation until April but Id like to go into it with the most knowledge possible. The first picture is my pre op and second picture is my wish boobs. Is this look achievable for me? What profile would be the best for getting this look? Thanks!
I live in a big metro area with many highly regarded plastic surgeons. But, none of the top ones I contacted have used IDEAL implants. How risky would it be to be a surgeon's first IDEAL implant patient, given that the surgeon is otherwise highly skilled in breast surgeries. Is the installation of the IDEAL so unique or different from saline implants that a surgeon who hasn't used them before could easily make a mistake or run into issues that might later lead to complications or deflation of the implant?
5'9 140 lb ; 39 y.o. (no children). Scheduled for Ideal structured saline uppers/sub-glandular. Goals: maintain perkiness, athletic build (enjoy weight lifting/sports) Initial thought was 300/325 range. Moderate/mod plus sizers fit frame best over high profile - but hard to translate to Ideal's options. PS suggested 335 Ideal implant max filled to 375. My diameter is 12.3. Appreciate comments with Ideal implant experience and recs on best fit/size. TY!
Hi, I am soon to turn 19, 166cm, 120lbs, A cup (75cm under and 84cm over breast). I was hoping to get Ideal Implants as large as my body would allow hoping to achieve the result of the girl in green in the picture; I also included a picture of myself for reference. I would also like to take the opportunity to inquire as to if Ideal Implants are a good choice to achieve my desired result and to ask if transaxillary incision would work for the intended results. Thank you!
