I'm 42 years old and my neck really bothers me and I feel makes me look much older than I am. I would like a smoother neck with minimal or no horizontal lines. Is surgery my only option?

Answer: Horizontal neck lines Based on your photo, I would do liposuction of the neck. This would address the isolated fat in your neck, provide some skin tightening and also improve the horizontal lines.

Answer: Horizontal neck line treatment A combination of surgical and laser is the best for those lines. The only way to remove them completely is to actually cut them out but not everyone heals invisibly from that. The better option is to perform a deep plane vertical neck lift which will significantly reposition and stretch them followed by a series of laser sessions using a sublative type laser
