I am 13 mos post FL/NL. An anterior platysmaplasty was done using dissolvable sutures. The right and left platysmal edges have separated. The platysma on the left is observable and bothersome; the right side (though separated) seems fine. Would re-suturing the left and right platysma medially take care of what bothers me most – ie, the lateral banding on the left? If not, what technique do you recommend to fix the lateral banding? (The band is platysma – it’s not loose skin.)
