Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Due to the trauma at the first expression it may have caused the cyst to develop.  Treatment of either the lipoma or cyst would be similar and I would counsel you to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon to have the tissue removed once and for all.  Best wishes.

I agree that a plastic surgeon should resect this so as to not get a bald spot. Seek consultation from Dr Raffy at Kare Plastic Surgeon in Santa Monica. Best H Karamanoukian MD FACS

Regardless of what it is, one or the other or both, just have it removed by a plastic surgeon so that you don't get a bald spot; excision of this lesion will require a small local flap to ensure tension free closure.
