I've been looking into brow lifts, canthal tilt surgery etc and can't seem to find a solid Nader if I qualify for any of these or if the subtle change I want is viable through surgery. thank you!

Based on the limited frontal photograph, a brow lift does not appear to be necessary, since the eyebrows are in a normal position. The extra skin in the upper lids can be removed with a conservative skin only upper blepharoplasty procedure
From 1 limited photograph, the brow position is normal, therefore a brow lift is not necessary. Your eyelids appear normal other than some ptosis on the right side. Seek out consultation by oculoplastic surgeon for improvement
