Is it possible to make my eyes more up titled like the edited second photo? What surgery would this be?

I've been looking into brow lifts, canthal tilt surgery etc and can't seem to find a solid Nader if I qualify for any of these or if the subtle change I want is viable through surgery. thank you!

It seems you want a more almond-shaped eye. A canthoplasty can lift the lateral canthus (outer corner of the eye). This procedure can be done through a minimally-invasive approach, with minimal downtime and incision visibility. A brow lift would not do change the position of the lateral canthus. An examination is required to define the issue and the most appropriate management.

Make sure you see a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon to get a proper treatment plan
This look can generally be achieved with botox / dysport but only lasts 3-4months
It can also be done surgically

To change the shape of your eyes, I would recommend a canthopexy or canthoplasty. You would need to be examined to verify this. A brow lift will lift a certain part of the brow and with it raise excess upper lid skin, but generally will not affect the position of the lateral canthus of the eye.
