Your photograph shows slight asymmetry of the eyebrows. The left brow appears to be slightly lower and thinner with a flatter contour. As this is a subtle difference and the eyelids appear fine I would suggest a few simple, non-surgical options including brow shaping to better match the brows and perhaps Botox to the forehead to even out the brows. Frankly I believe a brow lift is too much for your age, the generally good position of your eyebrows and the subtle brow difference in your photo.
