Whilst my temples are quite flat it seems it’s my general head shape which is far too narrow. I’ve had fillers before which only ever so slightly help. I need a solution that offers a more powerful result. Korea do forehead reshaping but I can only find a few who offer work on the side of the head. Please help. Also I’ve had consults regarding fat grafting but that isn’t something I want.

Answer: Looking for a permanent solution to increase narrow forehead. Extended temporal implants? Ideas?
Based on the limited frontal photograph, a brow lift does not appear to be necessary, since the eyebrows are in a normal position. The extra skin in the upper lids can be removed with a conservative skin only upper blepharoplasty procedure
From 1 limited photograph, the brow position is normal, therefore a brow lift is not necessary. Your eyelids appear normal other than some ptosis on the right side. Seek out consultation by oculoplastic surgeon for improvement
It would require additional photos to be able to see your problem in full. In general, some shaping/shaving of bone prominence would help to flatten you forehead, possibly lowering the hairline as well? In person consultation is recommended. Good luck.
