Thanks for your question and sharing your photos. Looking at your photos, I think the best solution which would be longstanding would be fat transfer. It is the best option compared to fillers and would be long lasting. There is a big body of evidence for this type of procedure and is quite safe and gives good results. I would recommend to have a consult with a plastic surgeon who subspecializes in craniofacial surgery who would be able to give you the best advice and also show you some before and after photos of fat transfer to temples. Your are specifically referring to the need for a custom forehead-temporal implant design which widens the sides of the forehead and goes back along the anterior and posterior temporal areas. Such implant designs can have variable contours in the temporal areas. (anterior hollowing or fullness with posterior temporal fullness behind it) Such implants are placed through an incision behind the ear with very small incisions located elsewhere for assurance of implant positioning and screw fixation.
