My forehead is very round and I would like it to look flatter.

It would require additional photos to be able to see your problem in full. In general, some shaping/shaving of bone prominence would help to flatten you forehead, possibly lowering the hairline as well? In person consultation is recommended. Good luck.

To deround your forehead a bony reduction is needed by a shaving technique. This is done through either a hairline or retrohairline scalp incision.
