Brow lift recommended? Would it make me age differently (worse) eventually?

I am 29 and I find my eye shape sad and tired. I don’t think my skin is saggy however I would like to lift the corner of my eyebrow for a significant yet natural look. I would like more permanent results as I have read threads won’t last long and eventually will cost more $ to maintain the look. The endoscopic brow lift, could that help achieve a more open “cat eye” look? I am afraid that the results would look either too overdone or too mild. Is this something that I should do at my age?

It doesn't look that brow lift is good procedure for you since your brows are nicely arched and elevated. However, to correct position of lateral corners of your eyes will require different procedure, lateral canthoplasty; this should be done by a true expert in order to achieve predictable result. Hello, thank you for your question. You can improve your eyebrows with Botox, the effects of Botox wear off after 3-4 months, this is short term solution, if you want a long term solution you can consider surgery.

Based on the limited frontal photograph, a brow lift does not appear to be necessary, since the eyebrows are in a normal position.  The extra skin in the upper lids can be removed with a conservative skin only upper blepharoplasty procedure
