I am 29 and I find my eye shape sad and tired. I don’t think my skin is saggy however I would like to lift the corner of my eyebrow for a significant yet natural look. I would like more permanent results as I have read threads won’t last long and eventually will cost more $ to maintain the look. The endoscopic brow lift, could that help achieve a more open “cat eye” look? I am afraid that the results would look either too overdone or too mild. Is this something that I should do at my age?

From 1 limited photograph, the brow position is normal, therefore a brow lift is not necessary. Your eyelids appear normal other than some ptosis on the right side. Seek out consultation by oculoplastic surgeon for improvement
It would require additional photos to be able to see your problem in full. In general, some shaping/shaving of bone prominence would help to flatten you forehead, possibly lowering the hairline as well? In person consultation is recommended. Good luck.
