Amazing results !! I’ve had eye-bags since I was a kid and now I finally look rested thanks to Dr.Lo. The procedure was quick, staff was nice, and recovery took about 2 weeks. I was able to go back to my normal routine after the first week.

Amazing doctor, amazing staff- all around great experience. I first saw Dr. Lo because I have chronically suffered from dry eye, I had CSR in my eye before and was very scared to have ANYTHING done, I wanted someone who I could trust to do a natural looking surgery and wouldn't aggravate my existing issues. I am a Kaiser Permanente patient/member. I was referred to Dr Lo in the Torrance office, because the oculoplastic specialist in LA had retired. I am so glad he retired, so that I could go outside of Kaiser for this procedure! Dr. Lo reassured me that this was not a complicated issue, and he removed the eyelid lesion that had plagued me for over two years and would not be properly addressed by Kaiser ophthalmologists in Orange County.

I had droopy eyelids and uneven eyelid creases that interfered with my vision. I went to 4 different doctors to address it, but each one dismissed me and made me feel like my issues were non-issues. I was despondent with my droopy and uneven eyelids, so I searched extensively for an oculoplastic surgeon. I came across Dr. Lo, and I really liked what I saw of his before and after photos and how symmetrical the results of his eyelid surgeries were. I was so impressed that, even though I’m not a California resident, I booked a 4-hour flight to see him. During my consult, I explained my issues to him, and I finally felt listened to and I felt like I was being taken seriously. Dr. Lo did not dismiss me and my concerns. Unlike the other doctors, he actually palpated my eyelid creases and discovered a chalazion that 4 other doctors missed, and he removed it immediately with no pain. His medical expertise and excellent patient care gave me the confidence to undergo ptosis repair, upper blepharoplasty, and double eyelid surgery with him. My surgery went well and with minimal pain. Dr. Lo personally called the next day to check in on me. I was impressed with him taking the time to do that. To me, that shows that he is a very responsible surgeon and is deeply committed to ensuring his patients’ well-being. Now that I’m a few months post-op, I am so, so, so happy with my results! I can see so much better now! My eyelids are no longer droopy, and everyone says I look more awake. Dr. Lo took the time to listen to me, did extensive measurements on my eyelids, and charted out a surgical plan to give me the best results he could for me – he fixed my eyelids and gave me my confidence back! As an out-of-town patient, it was a struggle to navigate an unfamiliar city, but Dr. Lo’s skill, kindness, his willingness to listen, and his respect for his patients was worth coming to LA to see him. I highly recommend him for any eyelid concerns.

I am 67 and I recently had my eyes done with Dr. Lo after careful saving a research for 10 years. I am a very nervous and cautious person by nature and Dr. Lo took every measure to make sure I felt cared for and assured and I love my results! Three other women from my gym have now gone to see him. I can not recommend enough.
