I had filler in my temple 3 months ago .juvederm ultra The lateral brow was not addressed and it was bumpy and where the brow was depressed , there was a deep dent. The Dr. removed with hylorondaise but still some product there leaving bumps and artery and veins more prominent .

Correcting temple volume loss with fillers is a key part of facial rejuvenation. My preferred filler for this indication is Sculptra Aesthetic and I usually inject the filler deep on bone. In your case, it sounds like you ran into issues because the filler was placed too superficially. What you are describing perfectly fits too superficial injection of filler in temples. After superficial injection almost always you see some venous engorgement although it almost always is a temporary phenomenon. There are many techniques of restoring volume in the temples that bring you not only a smooth correction but also a lift of the brow's tail. I would suggest a consultation with Plastic Surgeon.
