I was going to do eyelid surgery. But am also looking into filler and botox. Left sides worse. Can this be fixed to be symmetric with filler or surgery? Will this cure the wrinkles in the lids so eyeshadow doesnt look so bad?

Answer: Upper eyelid From your photograph, it appears you have a significant skin laxity in your upper eyelid. I would definitely recommend a surgical approach. This will correct the problem, possibly permanently. If you consider repeated filler and Botox injections plus other non-surgical procedures, you will not only spend more money but, eventually, you will reach the point that surgery could be the only option. The surgery will reduce the laxity and may greatly improve the level of your eyebrow. However, it appears your eyebrow are very thin; you could have amazing results with microblading after the surgery. Good luck!

Answer: Nonsurgical treatments for improving the appearance of the eyelids Based on the photo, you are a good candidate for surgery. However, if you want to avoid surgery, combination treatment with Botox and fillers will help raise the eyebrow and possibly the eyelid although not to the degree that surgery would. I would combine this with a Thermage CPT or FLX which is to my knowledge the only radiofrequency skin tightening device to be FDA approved for use on the eyelids.
