Its been 8 months since ive had lip filler but the top lip doesnt look back to normal. The shape seems off and the filler migrated putside of the lines of my lips. Im womdering if this is still filler and can be dissolved? Or if my lip changed shape????
Answer: Dissolving filler I certainly understand your concern. If the filler you had done is hyaluronic acid, you can have it dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. It provides quick, natural results but may require a few treatments. As with all cosmetic procedures, especially when it comes to fillers, the skill of the injector is paramount. Always seek an expert in facial aesthetics, such as a board-certified dermatologist, to maximize results while minimizing side effects.

Answer: Filler excess in lips It will depend on the type of filler that was used. Hyaluronic Acid fillers (Restylane, Juvederm, Volbella) last about a year and can be removed with injections of Hyaluronidase which turns them into water. Check with your treating physician to see what was used. Hopefully it was an HA,.Then see an expert. Best Wishes, Maurice Vick MD
