Is it possible to reattach upper lateral nose cartilage on one side of the nose 8 years after trauma?

Conan27
I fractured my upper right lateral nose cartilage about 8 years ago. It has left me with a dent on that side of my nose that I would like fixed. Is it possible to still have the cartilage reattached to the nasal bone and how? Is this cheaper than having a full rhinoplasty? Are there a lot of complications with this surgery? Thank you!
