I have been working with Dr Samimi and his staff over a period of months for breast reconstruction. They are consistently warm, kind, and professional. Dr. Samimi has an excellent bedside manner and takes time to listen as well as inform. I am progressing without complications. I am very pleased with the results I am getting. Dr. Samimi is a skilled surgeon. I can recommend Dr Samimi and staff without reservation.
I am 60 yrs old and I have worn a bra since I was nine, in my 20's after two children and steroids for my asthma they started to grow and grow and grow into pendulous breasts that continued to get worse. I couldn't get anyone to help. I suffered years of horrible comments, laughing and staring. On top of that I had an fall at work in my 40's that required 3 back surgeries. I had unending pain on a constant basis and my huge pendulous breasts made it worse. My last bra cup size was N. I began to walk hunched over and the weight in front was so bad I couldn't take a deep breath. It became unbearable and then my physician decided we needed to get this taken care of and sent me to Dr Samimi. Within a month and a half I was scheduled for the surgery. It has only been a couple of weeks and since the surgery and it has literally changed my life and my attitude. I no longer walk hunched over, I can take a deep breath and people ignore me. No more rude comments, no more humiliation and shame and my back pain has improved so much that I am able to be active again. From the minute I walked into his office I was treated with respect and dignity from the whole staff. They were kind, caring and reassuring. I would highly recommend RevivaMed and Dr Samimi. I can never thank him enough for what he has done for me, it has changed my life, my health and my attitude.
I have been going to Dr. Samimi's office since August 2013. He originally did a revision of a previous breast augmentation. I have since had other procedures with the same high quality results. I have worked in the healthcare industry for 25 years and I have never come across a physician that is more compassionate, caring and considerate of his patients needs or wants. I had a procedure just yesterday and as usual Jen, Adrianna and Morgan were incredible. They discussed the procedure, what I should expect before, during and after the procedure. Because of Dr. Samimi and his amazing staff I woke up this morning looking, and more importantly, feeling beautiful again. Until we meet again! Love you guys <3

Very serious about this type of review especially since this is cosmetic Surgery. Highly recommend Dr. Samimi for breast implant and lift procedure. Even after two years I am still pleased with results. I researched online for a long time about the process what to expect etc. always do your own research and get at least a second opinion, I saw three surgeons. I chose doctor Samimi because of his extensive back ground just to name a few things he has been a chief of plastic surgery, he provides reconstruction surgery, patient with questions, will make sure you are well proportioned and also a humanitarian. Also went back the following year and had lipo. I don't have any other procedures that I am planning but Dr. Samimi is the only cosmetic surgeon I would allow to provide cosmetic services for me.
I am a 20 year breast cancer survivor who had a left breast mastectomy without reconstruction. On year five of survival I decided to go ahead with reconstruction starting a 15 year nightmare journey. After 6 surgeries, 6 different implants and three plastic surgeons I am hopeful that I have finally found in Dr. Samimi someone who really cares about the outcome. He is the first to take measurements of my remaining real breast in order to find an implant that would actually come close to matching--such a simple thing to do, and yet had never been done before. He has spent a lot of time explaining what he can do to finally give me an reconstructed left breast that while not perfect will come closer to matching my existing right breast giving me hope that I will finally feel and look normal for the first time in 20 years. My surgery is scheduled for October 25 and I am confident that I will be able to post here then that the outcome was successful!!! Updated on 7 Nov 2018: Had my reconstruction revision on October 25 and with Dr. Samimi. Now, one week later, I am confident that my 15 year, 4 plastic surgeons and 7 revisions journey has finally ended thanks to Dr. Samimi, his total attention to detail and skill. As I mentioned in my first post, he is the only one (of three other surgeons) who actually measured my real existing breast and ordered implants that most matched those dimensions. And, I ended up with the best and most natural implant to date. I already look 100% better with and without clothes and it will only get better. Matching apples and oranges is not an easy task but Dr. Samimi was up to the challenge. I will admit I got pretty emotional, cried and gave him a big hug!!! Thank you, Dr. Samimi for helping me to feel and look normal after all these years.
Hi I am 41 one years old, I have one child and I unfortunately did NOT breast feed. Most of my life people have always commented on my breast being big for how petite I am. However I have been jogging and going to the gym more for the last few months and noticed my boobs getting smaller and saggier. This has caused me to become self-conscious and therefor look into the option of fixing my "little problem". The doc says that I dont need a lift that the implant should be able to compensate for the "moderate: sagging. I am 5'4 and 112 ponds my cup size as of lately has been a roomy 34/32 B. I would like to restore them to a over flowing C or small D. I have already been to the preop and my surgeon and I have decided on the sientra 'gummy bears" round high profile. Between 375 - 450 cc. I am pretty nervous about going to big or too small, I guess to small is better than to big but after all the time, money and effort I have put in my expectations are high. Updated on 15 Oct 2015: Updated on 15 Oct 2015: Updated on 15 Oct 2015: Updated on 22 Oct 2015: I will post some before and after pics after my surgery tomorrow evening! I'm a little nervous but more excited now that the time is getting near!!! Updated on 25 Oct 2015: They are HUGE and I really hope they don't stay this big! I can't stand the way the Percocets make me feel. But they help with the pain. Updated on 27 Oct 2015: They are still huge! I'm hoping they will get smaller when the swelling resolves. I'm afraid they will fluff and get bigger ???? Updated on 27 Oct 2015: I went with the 400 mL and I probably should've went with 375 only time will tell as the swelling resolve Updated on 28 Oct 2015: Feeling much better. No more pain just tight and sore but very bearable. Still hoping the girls will get smaller. One boob is higher and more swollen than the other. I have named the good boob that has dropped tweedle-Dee and the high swollen one tweedle-dumb.....lol ???? Updated on 28 Oct 2015: Ugh it pains me to post this. I actually deleted all other preop pic by accident (perhaps on a subconscious level on purpose) regardless this is all I have. Updated on 28 Oct 2015: Preop bikini top, with padding ???? Updated on 29 Oct 2015: Post op day 7 and swelling is finally starting to resolve. I finally feel like I'm making progress and have made it to the other side! I have been cleared to do low impact lower body exercises. Which is fantastic, as I too have been suffering from post op bloating aka 3rd spacing! I drove for the 1st time last night and bought a more comfortable support bra. I also was able to pick up some groceries. Updated on 29 Oct 2015: Also I was freaking out about how big they looked. Now I feel like they are gonna be just the right size ???? Updated on 9 Nov 2015: Nothing very interesting going on here. Very slow subtle changes such as getting softer and less tender. Overall they still pretty much look the same as they did last week. Incisions are healing nicely. Wearing postop bra to reduce swelling and prevent sagging. Updated on 24 Nov 2015:
Thank you very much for your question. Unfortunately there are a number of different machines that come on the market promising surgical results using noninvasive methods. About the only device that has proven results is Coolsculpting, but even this machine can be limiting. It can be pricey treating large areas and it does not deliver results that true tumescent liposuction produces. Coolsculpting ruptures the fat cells and your body absorbs and removes the fat. Tumescent liposuction surgically removes the fat cell and would be a better option if you want to remove an excess of 3-5 inches from your waist. I hope that helps answer your question.
Thank you for your question. This is a difficult question to answer because there is not a set price for liposuction. Price should not be your determining factor for choosing who does your procedure. Your first question should be is this individual properly trained? Are they a board certified plastic surgeon? How many of these procedures do they do? Also, what is the technique that they are going to use? Prices are usually determined by the location that you want treated and the facility you are having the surgery. We do have a policy of giving larger discounts when there are multiple areas being treated at the same time. Please remember higher prices do not always equal a better result, but the lowest price may not be the best decision either. This is a decision that should be based on trust and experience.
Thank you for your question. It is very hard to determine from your photos. However, liposuction on the thighs is not going to make you buttocks firmer. Fat injections can help change the shape if you want firmer and larger buttocks. Liposuction of the thighs can help improve the shape of your thighs and can change your body proportions, which can make your buttocks look larger. I hope that helps answer your question.
Thank you for you question. It is in your best interest to have surgery when you are at your healthiest. It is very important not to have elective surgery when you have an active infection or if your pulmonary function is compromised in any way. You really do not want to be have a breast surgery if you are coughing because you will be straining your chest muscles, which will cause you significantly more pain and discomfort. I would encourage you to have a conversation with your plastic surgeon in regards to your concerns or any symptoms that you might have.
Thank you for your question. Yes, what you are describing sounds like capsular contracture. Implants with capsular contracture often feel more firm, shift upwards on the chest, or seem to project out more, and often cause pain or discomfort. A capsule is scar tissue that naturally forms around the implant and in some cases this scar tissue tightens and forms a contracture. The correct treatment would be to remove the scar tissue and the replace the implant. I hope that helps answer your question.
