Pain 6 months post op breast capsulorrhaphy. What are my options?

I had a breast lift with augmentation last May 2019. In October I noticed bottoming out and the implants moving laterally. My surgeon said I needed capsulorrhaphy. I had that done in November 2019. The pain has been unreal. I've had constant rib pain under my left breast that also radiates below my ribs to my abdomen. The only way I know how to describe it is it's like a charlie horse in your belly. I only had 300 cc implants. and I've expressed the pain issue with my surgeon many times.
