4'10" 100lbs. 12BWD I have an appt coming up for revision. I feel like my implants are too low and wide, but I don't think they bottomed out, could this just because of the nature of the implants I have?l just want my bra's to fit better , have upper pole fullness, a smaller rounder look, a gap between boobs, and no side boob. Would switching to HP or MP+ gummies would resolve this?Do I need a lift though?Just want to hear opinions so I know what questions to ask the surgeon. Thank you for the help. Wish pics included

Answer: Settled low Dear lookgood_feelgood07, I think your implants settled low because they are large and your frame is small and you might have had some skin laxity preoperatively. I would also caution you when looking at pics online. Women who are wearing bars or bikinis may not be representative of what they really look like naked. Additionally, you posted women who are very fresh postoperatively which is also not representative of their final result because there is still so much swelling that it may give you the impression that they are "fuller" up top. From your "wish pics", it looks as if you prefer smaller implants that have more upper fullness which can be achieved with higher profile and more cohesive implants. Make certain that you see a board certified plastic surgeon so your desires and goals can be communicated. Good luck, Dr. Suzette Miranda Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Bottoming Out? Good morning! You don't really have bottoming out, but your implants have settled a little low, and you want them smaller and perkier. I would recommend the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which will make the pockets smaller, higher and tighter on your chest wall. Then switch to an HP or XHP implant and that should do the trick. You do not need a lift- it wouldn't accomplish anything.
