Post breast implants, they are too big and low. How can they be fixed?

AndyCP
My surgeon performed a bad lift. Like for the outside only. My torso now looks so short, the boobs are to close to the wrist and Im in a lot of pain cause my breast are loose and not attached to the place they're supposed to be. They are too low in. And the problem is in the inside not the outside. Cause they just lifted my areolas. Also my back hurts so much as all the weight of my breasts is lose from the torax
